Barre is about tiny movements (isometrics) where we “burnout” each muscle group followed by deep stretching to elongate the muscle.
This 60 minute class begin with a warm up on the floor, then standing using light weights to work your arm muscles. Next we’ll work those legs and glutes at the barre, then move to ab exercises followed by a cool down. Always changing up the music and exercises, you’ll experience a different class every time.
This class is accessible to all.
This is a low impact, high intensity class that incorporates ballet-inspired movements to strengthen, tone and sculpt.
This class includes resistance and strength training using weights, bands and balls. This fusion format of isometrics exercises and traditional barre elements delivers a high energy, total body workout in 60 minutes!
