This low impact, high intensity class incorporates the principles of yoga with classic ballet-inspired movements to strengthen, tone and sculpt. With elements of small isolated movements with lots of reps, cardio, weights and stretching, this class is a full body workout perfect for those looking to burn calories and sculpt muscles. This class is accessible to all.

Whether you feel strong or low energy, tight or limber, listen to your body and approach your practice as a challenge but with compassion for your limits.
Yoga is NOT… a competition or a test of your physical abilities. The challenge is to focus on your own practice and to learn to appreciate and accept the peace yoga will bring into your life. Perhaps start with our beginner level – Warm Explore class or calm your busy mind in a restful Restorative class.

Our instructors are trained to lead you through a series of music tracks designed to challenge your cardio, build your strength and develop your endurance. Time will fly by as your instructor leads you through several types of riding techniques that provide a full body workout! We offer many styles of classes unique to the instructors themselves that range from faster paced intensity to slower climb oriented classes. Find the one that works for you!
Join us for the ultimate total body workout with our Bootcamp and HIIT Combo Classes that will help you break past your own personal boundaries. Cardio intervals and strength training utilizing body weight and free weights are guaranteed to strengthen and tone. Please bring your indoor runners.
The TRX Suspension Trainer is a complete exercise training system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of different exercises. With one single piece of equipment anyone (regardless of height, weight, or physical size) can challenge the largest to the smallest muscles in just 60 seconds of focused work. During each exercise you are in complete control of how much you want to challenge yourself (because all it takes is a small adjustment in your body position to increase or decrease resistance). TRX Suspension Training is the perfect compliment to your yoga practice, spinning classes and as an added layer of challenge to your bootcamp classes! Please bring your indoor runners.
