A Fun fusion of yoga and aerial arts

This level is suitable for beginner and intermediate students who wish to build a firm understanding of aerial basics. Students of all levels are invited to learn how to flip, fly, and flow through aerial sequences that include upper body and core conditioning, inversions, and restorative postures. Please bring a mat and wear pants that cover your knees.

Plus, being suspended a few feet off the earth adds an entirely new, light-hearted element to your practice that makes it positively addicting. The first portion of practice will consist of energizing poses and inversions, while the second portion of practice will explore the softer side of aerial, where relaxation and deep stretching occurs. Please bring your yoga mat. No prior yoga experience required!
Come explore the circus side of aerial yoga in a safe, supportive environment! This workshop will take your aerial practice to new heights as we break down and tackle some challenging postures and flow sequences including arm balances, prolonged inversions, and drops. Prior aerial yoga experience is an asset.
