These gentle, yet active classes are designed to support expectant mothers through pregnancy, labour and childbirth, building strength, releasing tension and strain, and alleviating some of the common discomforts of pregnancy. These fun, multi-level classes offer a comfortable atmosphere where new parents can move through postures to regain strength & release areas of tension. Connect with others while strengthening your body, breath and the bond between you and baby. All levels welcome!
Recommended for parents with babies 6 weeks to walking. Siblings welcome to come and join the fun too!
